Women, Horsepower, and Wheels
Alice Huyler Ramsey left New York City on June 9, 1909, driving a 1909 Maxwell DA. 59 days and 3,800 miles later she arrived in San Francisco. Ramsey was the first woman to drive cross-country.
The women that participated in this collection share Ramsey's passion for vehicles, design, and technology that get them where they want to go and how they want to get there.
